Not sure if I mentioned it or not but we changed stomach Dr's awhile back. Actually the old one referred Macie to the new one. He's more of a specialist. Any way he says all the right things and seems to be really interested in making life easier on all of us. One Thing he does different is he changes the GJ tube out twice a year. The GJ is Macies feed tube that goes directly into her stomach and also has a tube that goes through her stomach into her small intestine. So yesterday Keili and Harley took Macie in for the first time to change it out. Remember, this use to be a all day thing, be there at 6:00, surgery at 8:00ish, recovery till 3:00 ish. Yesterday, got there at 9:00, Dr was running 45 mins late and they told them that right away ( I can understand things happen). 10:00 took Macie back, 10:43 Macie, Keili and Harley walked out. All done! Now I was pretty worried all day yesterday and even last night. I just new any minute Macie would begin to hurt, or show some sort of discomfort. Nope, not yet. AMAZING!

Thank you Lord for bringing this new Dr into Macies life.

God is so good!!! He just continues to work in and around the Gardners.

Macie glad you like the new doctor and the visits aren't that long so you can get back home.

Brian glad to hear that things are good and that the doctors are getting better and finding new ways to treat Macie.

Macie have a great week end (keep a close eye on Harley, she might sneak in and get a smile or giggle from you!!
