IBO Scoring Question

Got a question for the brain trust. Do ibo rings vary in size depending on the target or are they all the same size? For example: Are the rings on a whitetail the same size as a elk? Or are they the same size on a pheasant as a whitetail? Common sense tells me no, but I am not familiar with ibo at all.

All 3-D target animals vary in score ring size, usually according to the animal.

What about paper targets, sillouette's not dots? Does the same go for them?
