    Bachelor for a week

Carie and the girls left at dark:30 this morning on a trip to Vegas to visit Carie's dad. Responsibilities at work have kept me at home. This will be the longest separation we have had since we got married. They won't be back until Early AM wednesday the 10th. I will miss them. How does the dishwasher work again?

Since the dishwasher left all you can do is stack em up in the sink. You're just making sure she's not bored when she gets home. ......j/k don't do that. It won't end well for you.

Mine left for a work conference in Vegas Monday morning. I'm not big on being home without the girls!

By the end of the week you're not gonna know what to do with yourself.

I'm in the same boat. Wife and kids come back on the 9th. Weird having a quiet house all to myself.

First day or 2 is good cause if you had things that needed doin you get em knocked out with no interuptions. After that it just sucks

It's a weird feeling isn't it? I remember once when my wife took our then young kids out of town for the first time. One of the young single guys in my office said "Awesome man, freedom! you want to go out hit the bars and party?" As a true indicator or how my priorities had changed, I went home and cooked a steak, sat on my couch and watched an entire Rangers game from start to finish - totally uninterupted. I didn't say a word or have to have a single conversation for 48 hours. It was like heaven at first but after that the silence was deafening......

Did she give you a "hall pass" before she left?

My wife and kids go up north every summer for close to a month.
I love it but sure do start missing them after a couple weeks of bachelor-hood.

Best thing you can do is hire a maid to come on Tuesday. Make sure she is ugly in case anyone spots her.

Chinet does not wash. this I know.
