My kids live in New mexico and they come out and visit all summer and xmas. I want to redo my child custody agreement that was done in New mexico. My question is Do any of the Texas laws apply to it?
Not an attorney or an expert, but I believe it depends on where the original order was done. If it was done in N.M., then those are the only rules that apply.
