We are on the same page, what I was trying to get at is this, is the parking lot yours? For example there is a small restaurant here in Lindale with limited parking available and I have towed off several (private property tows) it all depends on what kind of parking lot or whatever, the best thing to do is call your local Pd and notify them and see what they say

Which one is that so I don't leave my truck there and ride with someone and come back to find I have to buy you a dz arrows to get my truck back

As to the original question, I heard they only need a title at the scrapper if you take the whole car in, not a few parts at the time

If they are in one of your designated parkig spots just drag them down the lot a few spaces
I don't think there is any way you can claim them and sell them legally unless maybe if the college gave them to you in return for removing them. The cars would be your payment for getting them off of the lot but then I don't know what other legal issues would arise, such as the notification of owners etc.

Looks to me like any respectable college would get rid of them if they had been there for 3yrs anyway
