        As to the original question, I heard they only need a title at the scrapper if you take the whole car in, not a few parts at the time

        If they are in one of your designated parkig spots just drag them down the lot a few spaces
        I don't think there is any way you can claim them and sell them legally unless maybe if the college gave them to you in return for removing them. The cars would be your payment for getting them off of the lot but then I don't know what other legal issues would arise, such as the notification of owners etc.

        Looks to me like any respectable college would get rid of them if they had been there for 3yrs anyway
