    GoPro HD camera

Anybody ever use a GoPro Hero camera to film hunts? Some guys I work with use them filming motorcycle rides and whatnot, but I figure I could attach one to my bow pretty easy. Anyone have experience with these?

I have the wide angle, and love it. Do some searches, I saved 50.00 on mine

Where do you attach it to film hunts? To your bow/gun, yourself or stand?

Dreamer1 turned me on to those a few weeks back.. im going to get one. I see them using the bike mount to attach it to the.bow. Scott was telling me about some shoulder mount Lee & Tiffany used.. I think there are a million options. But, since I don't think the have any zoom(might be wrong) I don't think or want it for a primary.. still, I looked at them at best buy and id like to have one..

Mine came with several attachments. I use the head band attachment when hunting. I have a mount on the front of my 4wheeler and front of my Yak!

They look good but I really want something with a zoom for hunting. I have a flip video hd and they have a about a 2 or 3X zoom and it works pretty well. Not much but better than nothing.

I'm thinking I could use one for dove/duck hunting and also motorcycle riding. Maybe not the best for hunting, but still pretty good video.

I bought one of these and attached it to my stabilizer. The problem with these is they have no zoom so they are not real good for anything that is not real real close. I shot a goat that was about 30 yards away and you couldn't see the hit or really even see the goat that well. Used in conjunction with something with a zoom it might be good, but I wouldn't recommend it as a stand alone. The only reason I haven't got rid of mine is because I'm using it on my atv.
