I think this is an old cooler or storage building type thing out at my lease. I have no place to stay so i got permission to fix it up and turn it into a bunkhouse. It is pretty large, and will take a little work but i think i can make it happen. It is full of daddy long legs but i think some spray foam and fine mesh over the vents on the side should solve that problem. Any other suggestions? I will do a DIY thread once i get started. Also, is there any way to do an a/c with no electricity? is there any way to run one off of a car battery?

It wouldn't bump ours ...not sure about yours. At 300 yards, its not going to bump them anymore than your truck or talking will..
With no windows in East Texas timber that blocks what wind you could get in the front door, that is going to be a hot box...I would get whatever I could for sure.
