Hit List or Not!!!

I've had history with this guy for the last 3 yrs. The first yr, I rattled him out of the creek bottom and he was to narrow and just a 6pt. Last yr, I wanted to shoot him with a BB gun for running all of the other deer away from the feeders. This yr he has alot more mass and wider but still a 6pt. Hit list or no hit list? What say y'all?

His antlers were a bit narrower last yr but he was still a 6. Not a much bone as he has this yr either. He's been real regular too with being at that feeder about 6:30 in the morning. If you look at the third pic, between his antlers, you can see the window of my wifes ground blind. 22yds from sitting to the feeder. Just a chip shot!!!

Personally...if he was wide enough last year to meet AR as a MF 6 point ...I would have killed him!!
