Blackbuck & Fallow question

I like BB. I have had burgers, steaks, and sausage. Very good, with no wild game taste.

Venison is venison man. My BB tasted great. Straps on the grill were good.

Both realy good. With a BB u any get about 40lbs of meat.

never had BB but the fallow buck I killed wasn't very impressive

I got a BB and a fallow earlier this year and the BB was the best wild meat I have ever eaten. The bacon-wrapped backstrap steaks were excellent. The fallow was pretty good. The only problem with the Blackbuck is they don't have much meat on them. Also,if you're going to get your animal mounted, a BB makes a beautiful mount.
