Has anyone taken apart a Moutrie GameSpy 100?

I have an old Moultrie Gamespy 100 that is about 7 or 8 years old. I put it out right after purchasing it and it has ran the whole 7 or 8 years with no complaints. The only time is was not running was when the battery ran low. It's taken 1000s of pictures.

The infared lens cover has become dried and cracked. It seems to be having trouble taking pictures unless the object is real close (with in 5 ft.).
I would like to replace the cover but I'm not sure what to replace it with.

Has anyone done this before?

I took one apart before in an attempt to modify it, but dont know if you can get a replacement infrared lens but I bet you can because I know you can get a replacement lens from several sources on the web. Let me look in my garage, if I have the parts to my old Gamespy 100, you can have the infrared lens.
