hey fellas. im tryin to get a sight set up for my sons friend. problem is its hittin high and i dont have any more vertical adjustment. my question is can i move the peep up or down to adjust for this. please help as this is makin me crazy and the boy is chompin at the bit to shoot it. and thanks again for everybody who made this happen for him, you know who you are.

I would not move the peep just to change point of impact. The peep needs to be aligned with the shooters eye with his head in proper position. So, is the housing up as far as it will go, and the pin is high as it will go in the housing? I guess the peep could be to low and he's having to hold his head down to see through it?Last edited by jerp; 07-13-2011, 01:53 PM.

Have him Draw and Anchor with his eyes closed. When he is settled, have him open his eyes. He should be looking dead center of the peep. If not then it needs to move.

have him move his anchor point lower on his face, closer to his jaw. My guess without seeing a picture, he is trying to have the end of the arrow nearly directly under his eye, or turning his head nearly sideways to see through the peep. Pics from the side would make it easier to suggest a solution!
