I've got a buddy that loves it too. but he's gained 10 pounds over a yr on it

Ive been on it 5 weeks........ my cholestrol is up 50pts and my weight is up 8 lbs LOL

Y'all aint doing it right. Lost 53 lbs in one year. Waist size from 38 down to 33. Blood pressure dropped from 135/97 to 117/78. HDL up, LDL down.
If you follow the book to the letter it does work. My doctor is astounded at the results. He no longer gives me diet advice.
Btw, that's some fine looking groceries right there. Yum.
