    San Antonio bow shops?

I wanted to find out if anyone knows of a reputable pro shop in the San Antonio area. I need to have my bow tuned, etc. I tried the big chain outdoor shops already. I won't make that mistake again. Thx.

Mesquite from what I heard is Avery good shop. I was going to drive from Austin area and test shoot some new bows so I called them and was informed I would be charged $50 and if I decided not to buy one I wouldn't even get money back had to spend in the shop. Sorry but they lost customer right then so I drove to Lampasas an ought a Mathews from Aaron and Locked and Loaded. Just my 2cents

Don't leave out The Bow Shop (Fred) on Naco-Perrin.

                      wow...

thats crazy. Thought about going there to get some nockturnals. Maybe I should try "test" a bow first and see if they do this. If so I will take my business else where.

                      never heard that before.

                        WTH?
I've lost count of how many bows and how much time that I spend in that store. I have never heard of this! I've seen Scott invest over an hour with someone just so they could figure out what size D/L & D/W they need for an ebay bow. (many times)
I've been a customer there for 10 years.
                        Just saying....

I've been to mesquite a bunch in the past. My brother and I both bought guardians from there. If they are charging $50 to come shoot their bows, that is news to me. And if it's true, I won't be going back either.
