So can a newbie that buys a gun and accidentally shoots himself because he had no prior knowledge of how a gun works sue a gun shop for negligence?....
And i don't think he was making an argument for himself. Just saying what could happen. And sadly I think he's right.

I'm just yanking Frank's chain but he did use the words "me and my lawyer"..
If anyone wants to push the issue, my lawyer will prove negligence way before the store can collect damaged bow money from me.

My point is they cant MAKE you buy it.
Now I'm off to McDonalds to get rich...
Originally posted by TomB View Postcan't believe the attitude of some here. If you break it, man up and accept responsibility. Seems more and more folks when THEY mess up blame it on someone else. Don't draw the bow back if you can't handle it. Otherwise all bows would be locked and no one can draw them.
NO they can not enforce a "you break it, you buy it" policy.
They were not meant as my personal answer on what "I" would do.

Been there, done that and will never get my 10,000 backLast edited by bucksnducks; 07-09-2011, 12:22 PM.
