Love dropbox. Have app on my phone to access files in my phone.

Fan. It connects my phone, laptop and home desktop nicely.

No issues that I have ever came across. I guess anything on line has its risks but have used Dropbox for awhile and it has served the purposes at work quite well. Easy to set up and operate.
