Man, that's sweet! I've heard great things about the Sparrow.

Savage came out with a bolt 22lr with a factory threaded barrel that I just had to have. I ordered an AAC Element to put on it just for coons.

I was considering the element myself, but I think for my use the sparrow will be a bit better. The only thing I don't like about the sparrow is the FRP seen on pistols. Check out silencerforum.com for several free silencer reviews.

Agree 100%! The Sparrow is awesome especially the maintenance and cleaning. For my intended purpose, FRP was one of my biggest considerations so I went with the Element. Lotta info on ST and SF both.

I like the sparrow d/t the ability to go up to 5.7 and 22 hornet. (and and AR57 is on my to do list)

I think the element will do 22 mag and 17 HMR, but nothing beyond.

The SWR warlock is supposed to be pretty wicked as far as being quiet (from silencertalk), and heard good things about the spectre.

as for the FRP with the sparrow, the popular solution they've seem to come up with is a spray of water from a nasal mister.
