My son Is renting a house in Dallas, The last storm, a limb fell on his car. It was parked In his rent house drive. Who should be paying for the damage?

his comp auto policy, unless the tree was diseased or damaged
and
the owner had notice or should have known about it.....
then it would fall on the tree owner's HO policy

I am going with this answer. It would be considered an act of god unless the property owner knew the tree had problems. This could be hard to prove.
