    SBR Lower

I'm thinking about putting and sbr together in 300blk. I really had my heart set on the LMT lower with a sopmod stock and 2 stage trigger. My problem with LMT is that all of their lowers are marked 5.56 and I would like a good lower that is marked multi. Any recommendations as to which company I could go with?

It doesn't matter what the lower says, all thats matters is what is on the ATF paperwork. You will need to have it engraved also.

If you don't mind billet...i can hook you up with my class ii guy & get you going on a C3 Defense lower & just build it from scratch.

Here is my 12.5" 5.56 but is marked multi...would like to build a 6.8 & 300blackout upper for her.

I also think he can get get daniel defense registered sbr's but should have the C3 in stock.

I don't like engraving if it can be avoided.

Never heard of C3 defense. How much is the lower going for? Are you talking about Mark?

            Billet is pure "goodness"

When I decided to SBR a lower I went cheap and papered a RockRiver lower, I did not want to paper one of my good lowers..

May I ask why people don't like to SBR "good" lowers? I would figure if you SBRd a lower it would be the best possible lower you could get??

engraving is mostly a pain...why not get one mfg'd directly from the factory as an SBR...if you don't want a billet, then ask Mark to order you a Daniel Defense.

There is no major quality difference in the lowers if you prefer forged.

Why etch up a clean receiver when you can get one with the s/n already registered as an sbr multi??

So your saying the c3 lowers are already on a form 4 sbr and all I have to do is transfer it? I would really like to skip the engraving part!

Thats why most go the cheap route, at the time I did not want to engrave one of my good lowers......once its engraved its scared forever....My next one will be a factory SBR....no engraving..

that is correct...you can build one up custom or they many have one complete or factory ready to go.

Mark & Zach run the place...tell them Paul sent you.
