Was that song with that scene in the movie? I don't believe the song is as old as the movie so probably not.

I really like the song. Our church used to sing a version that said " heaven meets earth like a sloppy wet kiss".

That scene is from Passion of Christ. The guy wrote that song did it for s friend who, at a prayer meeting, prayed that he would give his life if that sparked a youth Christian revolution. He was killed the same day in a car crash.
And the song is called how he loves us.
