Sure, KWRI, is Keller Williams Realty International. We are the franchisor or corporate office which launches new offices and supports them through technology and education. We have 3 annual events for our offices and agents, Mega Camp, Masterminds, and Family Reunion (google them).

Keller Williams is now the second largest real estate company in North America. I have worked at the corporate office for the past 4 years, it is a great place to work, there are around 180 employees and it is a privately held company. We frequent the best places to work in Texas list and have great benefits packages, not just for PTO and insurance, their is a gym at the office, a full time trainer, and all sorts of other office perks.

      happy to answer any questions

                  Hi Buford,

                  Thanks for asking.

The company posts jobs internally and encourages employees to refer new hires from their network. If the new hire works out for the probationary period of 100 days, the referring employee receives a taxed bonus. Its a win-win if you ask me, the new hire gets a job and the referrer only gets the bonus if the job is a fit for the company and the new hire. There is no incentive to simply refer someone to the position, it is only earned based on their job performance if hired.

If anyone is curious of the amount it is $1000, roughly $650 after taxes.

We should shoot arrows sometime Chuck.
