Great work !!! I'm gonna have to shift over to making some sheaths.

Yall said 5-7 oz for the sheaths ?

For a fold over sheath I'll use about a 6 to an 8, depending on what I've got around the shop.

For a pancake style that has to be molded then I use two different sizes. The back side will be an 8 and the front or molded side about a 4 to a 6.

Yup. For me each one is custom made because I very seldom get two knives that are the same size.

A good Contact Cement will work just fine.
