Thanks to the GS. It is my form, mainly my anchor. Everything on the bow is the same, the new string was put on when I purchased it. The peep is fine, paper tuned... I was just 3-6 inches off each time I would shoot... then I would re-sight. I sighted it in the day before yesterday. Today, I took everyone's advice and worked on my anchor.
GLAN
G - grip
L - level
A - anchor
N - nose on string.
This is my sequence. I guess the A part was lacking.
Today, I'm dead on up to 40 yards with both broadhead and field tips.
This will help with consistency.
THANKS GREEN SCREEN!!!

I have a similar problem--adjust the windage to move the strike of the arrow left into the bull, and finish up my shooting for the evening and put the bow away. Next day, dang bow is shooting right again. I guess one of these days I'm gonna run out of adjustment. I know it has to be either hand position or anchor, but still bumfuzzles me!
