Need PSE Vendetta, Bowtech Asssasin info

I have narrowed it down to one of these two. Can those who have them or have shot them give me some feedback. I will be shooting 28/70 with 360ish grain arrows. Any comparable speeds out there? Thanks for any help as I am lookin for deciding factors.

I personally own a few Bowtech's so I might be biased. When I was looking for myself, my local shop (a sponsor here), told me that PSE stood for 'point, shoot, explode'.

So, I went with the Bowtech. I own a Guardian, Admiral and my wife has a soldier.

      Just my 2¢,

      AC

This is a decision that only you can make. Have you shot both of them? If you have, which feels better? Which one shoots just a little tighter groups for you? If after shooting both of them and they shoot equally well then close your eyes and have someone hand the bows to you and shoot them. See if you can tell any difference strictly by feel. It still boils down to a personal decision.

I'm also going to buy a new bow soon and I've shot almost every brand out there and I must say that they are all very good. I'm not seeing a whole lot of difference in draw, wall, valley or feel overall. For me it's coming down to speed at my draw weight. I'm leaning real hard towards the PSE Evo.

Guess you didn't hear about Bowtech's rep for blowing up?

At least they both have lifetime warranty!

              Assassin @ 28-70 with a 360 grain arrow will shoot 305-310.
With a 380grain arrow that goes out with most at these specs, they hit 300 consistently.

Don't have any info on the vendetta, but I had an x-force 7 for three years and am now shooting the assassin. I shoot 30"/70 pounds at 325 ft/sec. I loved the feel of the assassin over my x7. Yes, the pse was faster, but I was looking for a smoother draw. Plus, the assassin is an awesome value. Show some pics when you make up your mind.

the vendetta will get it's posted speed and often a few extra,, it's an exceptional bow, super smooth very quiet,, and easy drawing at that, the vendetta and evo both feel like your pulling 10# less weight,, they do not have a hump in the draw cycle and are the easiest bows to let down from full draw you will get ahold off,, absolutely no jerk,, which is even more amazing considering the speeds they deliver...the vendetta at 28 70 will deliver about 310, the evo about 315

I shot a Vendetta today and all I got to say is it was awesome. Smooth, fast and quiet. I have never been a PSE fan until today.

If you like the Vendetta then you should try the Evo. Just got my Evo Friday and I haven't been able to put it down.

X2 on the Evo. Best bow I've ever put my hands on.

Shot the Evo too but there was something about the Vendetta that I kept going back to. I think I want a black one!!
