    I'm gonna look around...may end up as an anniversary gift for me.

    Thanks for the offers, Meatatarian has loaned me his. It will serve the purpose I need for H. Can see where it would come in handy a number of places though.

      I have a Lowrance iFinder Hunt and really like it. I know it is getting dated now but it still works great. I need to recalibrate it though.

        I have a Garmin etrex H. Basic unit, but has alot of functions, I'm not much into high tech stuff, so I like the simplicity of this one. It has a very good batt. life and is accurate. You can get one for around $100 at wal mart.

          Get the Garmin Rhino 530, It is the best I have used and has a built in radio.

            That's the one I have and use it for finding my way out of the Sam Houston National Forest. Pretty decent little GPS for the money.
