    Acorn Rage?

Anyone ever use Acorn Rage? I have heard a lot about it but I would rather get the thoughts of actual hunters

    Thanks

I used it a month ago. It was gone very fast. That was before the real acorns starting dropping out of the trees. Everything went fast at that point. I only used it once because there was just cheaper stuff to get.

Never used it, but sitting in the stand the other evening, and having not seen any deer I developed some.

A buddy of mine just dumped a bag in his feeder. Looks like it could get messy, as vteckid stated above. I'll know more in awhile.

Sounds like a good concept though. A buddy of mine said you used to be able to buy acorns in the bag, like corn. SEVERAL years ago. Wonder if anyone still sells them. ???

I can't wait til a rain or freeze rots them, so the "corn hunting" will go back to normal.

          Good luck to ya.........

An Old Man That Lives In My Neighborhood Told Me He Would Gather Up A Bunch Of Acorns And Grind Them Up In A Grinder And Put Them In The Feeder With The Corn, He Swears To Me That It Will Work Big Time Haven't Tried It But Since I Have Alot Of Acorns I Will Try It This Weekend.

I would start selling them at $4.25 a bag, then start making fuel out them and bump the price to $12.49 a bag.

Now thats an idea sean! Only good thing is that the deer seem to still be hitting the feeders as well so other than haveing them crunch under my feet when I am trying to sneak into the ground blind they are ok.

I'm actually going to be collecting acorns around my neighborhood today and tomorrow. Found some good trees in the parks.

All we have is oaks. In 2000 we cleared out 150 pine trees off the place. Looking out the window I have 20 some odd oaks right around the house and who knows how many on the property.
