After a very difficult last couple of months at work, Ive decided to explore other career paths.
My work experience is in Testing/hardware support/network support. My degree was a BBA in Infomation Systems and I would be very pleased going that direction as well (supply chain management, business analyst, enterprise resource planning, six sigma, etc)

Long story short, I had a lead role for a project and was looking at a promotion within the next couple of months, the government branch that project was for got canned and I was put on a project where I am back at the bottom of the barrel and Im not in line for a promotion for 12-18 months, I dont make enough now to justify waiting that long and putting in the 60-70 hours/week that I dont get paid overtime for.

Wife and I would love to get in the RR/gtown/atx area and I know there are many oppurtunities there. I will be more than happy to email my resume to anyone that might have a lead. Please PM me or email me at trjones87ATyahoo.com

CSC is a huge software and services company with sites all over the world including here in Austin and in SA.

Check out Google, Apple, and HP. All of them have offices in North Austin and have roles similar to what you're after.

a friend of mine works for Rackspace in SA and lives in Austin. They started a commute service for employees and he works on a bus 2-3 hours a day, to and from work and loves it.
