Converting audio files...need some help

I have a recording in .amr format and I need it converted to .mp3 or .wma or anything to play on a windows based computer.

This is my parents' computer so I don't want to download anything on it. If anyone can help me out let me know and I can email you the file

Are you on a Mac? If not, does the computer you're using have iTunes and Quicktime Player downloaded?

My bad. Just read "windows". If you have iTunes and QuickTime, you will be able to convert them without downloading anything.
