kind of late notice but im headed to baffin in the morning for the first time, any words of advice, type of bottom to fish??? thanks even though i probably wont see this for a few days

First and foremost be careful running around Baffin, watch out for rock piles. I like to fish large potholes in the the middle of thick grass flats, drop-offs with a solid grass line(points), grassy guts parallel to shorelines, or rock structure with nearby deep water access. Make sure there is bait around and decent colored water. Where I choose to fish in baffin is pretty much determined by wind direction becuse this will affect water clarity, bait presence, and safety.
