Look into getting a product called Deamon. You can get it at any feed store. Pour two of the packets per one gallon of water in a pump sprayer and spray your perimeter. For exterior use only. Spray again in 1-2 weeks. That's what our exterminator uses. For interior use, look at getting Tempo. We get them bad with all the deer and feral cats running around...hadn't had a problem yet.

I have gone to the feed store and picked up permethrin. Put some in one of those sprayers your hook up a water hose to and get to spraying your yard. Under porches,up a few feet on trees, flower beds, etc. Also, to control any that may be coming into the house use indoor bombs made by Bengal. Best I have used yet. Been flea free for over a year and thats with an indoor/outdoor cat and my dog.

we had a massive infestation last year. Daemon made the difference. but you have to stay on it beacuse you can't kill the fleas in their eggs so you have to spray it and then keep spraying it as new ones hatch.

Add Precor to any spray killer. You can buy it at any chemical supplyplace. Precor is added and it encapsulated the eggs and prevents them from hatching. Spray your yard and inside the house. Spray the base boards because this is where the adults will try to lay eggs before they die. the regular killer only kills the adults and not the eggs. Precor will prevent hatching. Get Comfortis for your dog!

In the house, on carpet, I have used Muleteam 20/20. Brush it in the carpet and vacuum off excess. Works great.

Not sure how I've dodged this bullet lately. 4 dogs, two inside cats, neighbors with dogs, house backs up to lake with lots of wildlife. Zero fleas in the past 14 or 15 years. One dog on Frontline. Other dogs on monthly Ivermec. Not sure if that is the key, but I haven't sprayed or treated for any type of bug in years. Don't mind the bugs, can't take the fleas/ticks.

Dog in avatar is the one on Frontline because we are often going through other people's yards, woods, creeks, etc. Don't want to bring anything home to the rest of the animals.

Good luck. I did have a bad case of them years ago and they are not fun to get rid of. Bet I went through 300 dollars in poison and took a few years off my own life before I got them gone.

Sulfur. Much cheaper than 7 Dust.
