Any Structural Engineers on Here?

Getting ready to do a room addition on the house and I am in need of an engineer to stamp a set of drawings so I can get my permit and start slinging some lumber!

Anyone on here a structural or know someone that is?

When we did our addition, I called the city and they put me in contact with their guy. I think he was really cheap too.

No such luck with the little town I live in.

Initially I didn't need a stamp as it was a single story addition.

We have added a bedroom on the second floor and now he wants a stamp.

I am ready to roll just need to get the permit issue dealt with.

Put a hold on that rental as it has not or will not be used until at least next March by me!
