as a matter of fact it is Plasti-dip best stuff I have ever used! I cleaned the wheels really good then wiped them down with alcohol and I even did it with the wheels still in the truck. It's hard to get this stuff to run as well it goes on extremely smooth and looks amazing! I did it all within about 1 1/2 hours and was driving on them in 2 hours. This stuff dries very very fast. No scratches or nicks as of yet and had it out on the lease yesterday! I highly suggest this stuff man!
