Love me some flounder. I have never had any luck targeting flounder. I need to find someone who knows where to go gig some. Now that would be fun!

that dern wind kicked up right before dark yesterday and didnt really lay much. We did ok last night but it was slow for keeper trout. I think we only ended up with about 20 keepers. We did catch a ton of dinks though. That was ALL night.

You know, the wind wasn't really bad at all this morning but it must of been kicking for a bit after midnight? The surf was flat tore the heck up! I can't believe I was actually able to catch fish in that washing machine.

are you fishing with monofilament line or braided? i'm thinking of going back to mono since when it gets stuck it's not an easy fix as it would be with mono.

My entire life I have used nothing but original Stren. It has never done me wrong. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

you can gig flounders on the bolivar flats in the summer. Go past the bird sanctuary.Dont need a boat just wade with a lite
