We just had a small power surge with a storm around. Didn't kick anything off, but heard the compressor outside making a weird noise afterward. I turned it off for a while, and then turned it back on. Now the fan is kicking on but not the compressor. I turned it off again and went outside and turned the main breaker off for a bit and flipped back on. Same thing with the main breaker box for the whole house. Still can't get the compressor to kick on. Any suggestions?
