    If I understand this right, s+ lf, e&W+hf and n+hwy 90(what's on the other side of 90?)

    I'd probably pass for two reasons.

    1. Escaped exotics are now considered livestock.

    2. You'd be pulling wildlife across a major Hwy and could get someone killed.

    If its the same landowner either hf side you might get an ok on the escaped exotics from them. If its the same landowner to the s+lf side then you could hunt in the back close to the fence line in agreement, MAYBE.

      We hunted 300 acres in crystal city and had a similar issue. The place was 2 miles long but only 200 yards wide and on one of the long sides was a high fence and the other long side was the nuecus river. You will come a custom to seeing the same deer every single hunt up until the rut starts. The rut will be your ticket for the place being worth while and you just have to hope that you catch a big buck comming through. But 50 acres seems alittle to small for comfort but you never know

          Spent 5 years on 620 ac in LaSalle county that was high fenced on 3 sides, with 1.25 mi of highway frontage on 10,000+ ac across the highway. We ran 10 feeders year-round, and planted a 20-ac food plot as part or the CRP field. I often saw 40-50 deer in the CRP field morning/evening, and 1/3 to 1/2 of them were bucks, from spikes to 160-class.

          Corn was cheap then (relatively) and we "painted the ranch roads gold" when we left after a hunt, and we always had plenty of bucks come the rut--

            high fences don't effect your hog and turkey populations, at least at my friends place out near there it doesn't, deer won't dig under or go through fences like the hogs, make it a hog and doe lease, that's good to make sausage..........might get lucky and get you a big buck, you never know what will come to your feeder these days.....

                  I wouldnt waist my time. We hunted a 1,000 ares with high fence on 2 sides in Duval county lots of hogs no deer. On 50 acres it will be a joke. In the south texas area you have to have lots of land. About 300 to 500 acres a person.. MY .02
