If I understand this right, s+ lf, e&W+hf and n+hwy 90(what's on the other side of 90?)
I'd probably pass for two reasons.
1. Escaped exotics are now considered livestock.
2. You'd be pulling wildlife across a major Hwy and could get someone killed.
If its the same landowner either hf side you might get an ok on the escaped exotics from them. If its the same landowner to the s+lf side then you could hunt in the back close to the fence line in agreement, MAYBE.
