Don't know if this is exactly the same but I'm getting Allison Flash backs! I was stuck at a Bible camp for inner city Children of Houston when she hit and flooded it out. Had to stay in Columbus at the camp a few extra days for water to recede. We had no idea it was even raining a lot the entire week we were gone. In our own little bubble I guess. Here's praying we get a lot of rain but not "Allison" type rain.

Man I hope it follows path BAMM 01/1200Z!!! I know the entire state is dry, but the high plains are beyond dry. We have had exactly 0.31" rain since Oct 23rd 2010. Crops are dying, and we are getting sandblasted darn near everyday out here.

Bring the rain, but NO Allison. Here is a pic of where my office is/was after Allison. Thats 20 feet of water on our dock and flooded the entire basement, my office, morgue and labs. Channel 13 is here today at 11 am this morning doing a 10 year anniversary story. God I will never forget that day and the days that followed.

a weak tropical depression that covers texas for a few days would be incredible..... all the critters in the panhandle are eating dust now
