I was thinking today while in the blind and came up with an idea of a cheap limbsaver type deal go to your local shop that puts in subwoofers and ask them for their scraps or Dyno matt it is a densefoam type stuff that if you put some on a bell like you would push to get the clerk's attention at a convience store it just makes a dudd sound so i was thinking about getting some and putting it all over my bow

Better yet go to Wally world and get the gel shoe insoles that have the light fabric backing and a grid pattern. Peel the fabric backing off and there you have it! It works!

If you watch Wal-Mart's clearance sales at the end of each season you can find LimbSaver stuff really cheap - and it doesn't require any modification.

I just ducttape a bunch of sofa pillow to my limbs. Deadly silent and you can use your bow for a pillow in the blind.

TB, after talking to you this weekend, I know that you're not using those pillows for vibration dampning ... you're just using that as an excuse to get the pillows to the blind!

I personally prefer to get large inner tubes and tie them in a giant christmas bow configuration around both limbs. You can also spray paint the tubes and use it as a continuously portable blind!
