    Help, Looking for

A Single Stage AR trigger.... Any body have a suggestion?

Im not into two stage creepy triggers, or high pound lawyer triggers.

Im seeing a lot of 3lb triggers, not what Im looking for.

Looking for a Single stage adjustable AR 15 trigger, preferably one that would go down into the ounces.

Do they exist? and if not... why not?

I would really like some people whose opinions I respect to go with... So I asked TBH, bunch of good guys looking out for each other here.

(And definately the jokes are welcome) My dad always taught me if you can dish it out you should be able to take it. and I dish out a lot here!

But if you have an opinion on a nice single stage ar trigger, Id love to hear it.

Coach, if you get one and get it in and are able to shoot it for a while, let us know how you like it. I am interested in one also or something similar for my AR. The one I currently have is a RRA single stage, but a 4#er

I don't know much about AR's but I've heard that single stage triggers with extremely light triggers are prone to doubling. I guess the recoil can cause it to rapid fire somewhat. You might call Jewell in San Marcos and ask them. I think theirs is a two stage also but I think it goes pretty light.

Correct you really have to watch sear engagement with a single stage.

On the jard its all set screws for adjusments, meaning if you bump too much you can always just turn the screw a little.

Isnt my first rodeo with light triggers, but it is on an ar.

The recoil on an AR aint bad, this is my personal bench gun, heavy barrel, and wont be loaded till ready to shoot as with all my rifles. And it will be shot on our personal range with no body round, so if it does happen to have some trial and error to it there will be no worries.

And I guess thats why the lightest I can find is a 1.5lb... in my book that aint extremely light.
