Dale, here's a very basic recipe that I've used. It's about middle-of-the-road in spicyness, so add more heat if served in Texas.

      •2 cups ketchup
      •1/4 cup cider vinegar
      •1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
•1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
      •2 tablespoons molasses
      •2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
      •1 1/2 tablespoons Tabasco
      •1 tablespoon chili powder
      •2 teaspoons liquid smoke
•1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is dark, thick and rich. Adjust sweetness, sourness and hot pepper to taste.

100's recipe sounds good only thing I have is I build mine from scratch each
time. If you want more sour add balsamic or lemon juice and if you want more
          spice add a few jalepenos.

Try some Austins Own sauce... It is the real deal.

That sounds a little thick and sweet for what I'm after....but it gives MDMA few ideas!

              Thanks fellas.

                Dale,

Glen has a sauce that is great. He posted it a while back. Not sure what section it is in.

It is a very good sauce. Not heavy at all.

Stubbs spicy works in a pinch. It's my go to with chicken and pork on the pit.

Also should mention Cody Jinks show was good in Denton last night. Your gonna like the new stuff.

                    Texas Mop Sauce

The traditional Texas mop sauce recipe is usually more like a tomato soup, thin and spicy, it penetrates the meat.

Really good stuff, very thin. I add extra black pepper. I dont like it as much for dipping, good for cooking though.
