Chrome rusts, and is a pain to take care of... go with a rhinolined black!

stainless dosnt rust, since the headlight trim and bumpers are chrome stainless would stand out more, and they are easily changed later if others things are added in black

stainless steel, also known as inox steel or inox from French "inoxydable", is defined as a steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5 or 11% chromium content by mass. Stainless steel does not stain, corrode, or rust as easily as ordinary steel, but it is not stain-proof. It is also called corrosion-resistant steel or CRES when the alloy type and grade are not detailed, particularly in the aviation industry.

look pretty cool, I saw the warranty but didnt see any specifics on it, just that it had it, wonder what they would do if you wrecked your truck? Bent em all to heck... Lifetime warranty you a new set?

                              Black.
I had black on my last truck and stainless now, just depends on the truck color and accessories.

Stainless would look better for that truck but it all depends on what else you plan to add to the truck.
