I think the **** that flipped off the trooper deserved a nice come to Jesus meeting. But don't think the use if a plane and 2 troopers was the best use of resources. But, heck what do we know. They could have been having a bad day, maybe just got off a bad call. Cops have bad days at work too, doesn't mean their a bad Leo. We don't know what kinda @$$hole he had to deal with before. and for someone to just openly provoke a trooper is just stupid.
