Coon.

Had one killing all my chickens. Got one each night, and I finally caught him in a live trap after he killed my last chicken...

Ended up being a raccoon doing the killing.

We had some get killed by a Skunk. It just ate the innards, left the breast meat and legs alone... Smelt a skunk lately ?

You should bury 1/4 inch galv cloth extending at lease 20 - 24" along the outer edge of your entire pen. It will prevent any animal for digging under the fence to get in.

Hmmm, I honestly had NO idea a Possum would kill a chicken?! I was thinking for sure fox but now y'all got me wondering. Lots of coons and possums round the house...

Sounds like a possum to me based on stories I heard my Dad tell from when they had chickens. When you cathc it, take a picture holding it liek the baby one in your avatar.
