1 lb of ground beef
2 lbs of bacon
package of taco seasoning (taco Bell)
box of Pilly Cream Cheese
bag of shredded cheese
box of toothpicks
Approximately 30 jalapenos (depending on size)
Cook 1 pound of ground beef in frying pan (I prefer lean)
sprinkle small package of Taco Bell taco seasoning on beef in pan
once cooked strain and rinse meat then place in a bowl and mix with
1/2 box of Cream Cheese
Cut tops off Jalapenos and use reemer or knife to remove seeds and wash
fill empty jalapeno 3/4 full off taco meat and the last quarter stuff shreadded cheese theh wrap bacon over the top and wrap remainder of bacon around jalapeno and use tooth picks to hold bacon in place by sliding the toothpicks through the jalapeno strategically. place on a rack and use additional too picks to joing jalapenos helping them to stand up and not fall over. Place on the grill until bacon meets your desired texture. The meat is already cooked so its just preference on the bacon and melting of cheese. You can use precoooked bacon.

Nine Day Coleslaw
Aubrey Graham (Firecuss) Ingredients:
3 lbs shredded cabbage
1-med white onions
1-bell pepper
1-1/3 C sugar
1 C salad oil
1-2/3 C vinegar
2 T celery seed
2 T salt
2 T sugar
Directions:
Shred the cabbage thin (I use a mandolin type slicer) and put in a large bowl. Add to this the onion and bell pepper that has been run through a food processor and chopped fine along with the 1 1/3 C of sugar. In a 2qt sauce pan bring to a boil (full rolling) the oil, vinegar, celery seed, salt and 2T sugar. Pour this mixture over the cabbage, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. It is best to use a container with a tight fitting lid so you can shake the mixture up but you can do it with a spoon. This can be prepared the same day if you can do it early enough but it is best prepared the day before. This recipe can be doubled without any problems.
I have a slight issue. I have about 10 recipes that I saved to my hard drive that have no names nothing and have no clue how to go about finding out whose they are except emailing about 30-40 people by trial and error. Any clue as to how I can narrow this down?
