If you had a choice, where and what would you hunt?

I'm sure something like this has been posted before but I was just wondering, If you could go anywhere and hunt anything, where and what would it be?

I grew up in the Zuni Mountains of New Mexico and moved to Texas when I was 16, I'm now 52. If I had the chance I would love to go back there and hunt Mule Deer or Elk.

Tajikistan-Marco Polo Sheep and Ibex with a bow. A close second would be White Rhino with bow in Tanzania or Botswana.
