I hear you. In 1998 they thought I had a brain tumor but instead found out after spinal taps and MRI's that it was MS. Don't wish it on anyone, but take one day at a time and pray for the next.

My husband was dx in 2002. He says the same thing - he wouldn't wish it on his worst enemy.

My SIL has it and she struggles, bless her heart. We try to understand yet we feel so helpless.

Will be praying for her. I have found that the power of prayer and educating myself about MS as much as I can helps. I do not trust the doctors most of the time I think I know more than they do about MS especially if they do not study it. Also I belong to a great MS support group. Sometimes talking to other people going through the same pains you are helps.

A good friend of mine has MS, and has really gone downhill this past year. Really hard on the family I am sure, but their positive attitude and spirit keeps them smiling. I pray a cure can be found soon.

I got him a shirt a few years ago that says, I am not drunk, I have MS...
He wears that all the darn time...

I have a card I keep in my wallet call it my get out of jail card just for when that day comes and i get pulled over for my driving.
