    Home AC help

Last couple of weeks I have had my
Home AC act up on me. Outside unit turns on and runs but inside unit isn't kicking on. Would this be a bad contactor? If I turn AC off for a min or two, then back on it works ok.

Could be a Thermostat problem or bad relay. Call a real ac tech and have it fixed right by someone who is trained.

      Is it just not blowing?

Be careful short cycling your outdoor unit. You may end up doing major damage to your compressor.

As bowhntmatt said. It could be a thermostat problem. Hopfully that is all that it is. Could also be a control board issue on your air handler or just a blower motor going out.

Yes it's not blowing at all. Going to try and schedule tech here this weekend. Seems like it has done this 2-3 times per year and it is usually when I'm not home so the outside unit freezes up

Said it was the sequencer that signals the fan to turn on. He mentioned they always go out on the goodman units. Having to order part and install tomorrow.
