Lubbock Bar Info???

Im headed to Lubbock for my fiance's graduation. what are the names and locations of some good bars that we can go to?

Mesquites and Chimys are pretty laid back, atleast when I was there. Rumors floatin around that they have been overrun by greek life. At night The Blue Light and Louie Louies are always a great time.

There are 2 big bar areas, the depot and broadway. Both have good bars. Blue light is a good bar in the depot, and chimys is a good bar on broadway, but most of the bars on broadway are always fun.

I would say some laid back places, its going to be a lot of ladies and a few may want to go out and kick the foot lights, but the majority will probably want to just relax and have drinks.

Laid back after graduation? Piano Bar maybe... but everywheres gonna be packed over crowded even.

chimys has a nice outside patio and is laid back if that helps at all.

yea most of these girls arent really bar people, more along the lines of book people, but a few get wild. And i know some will want to go out friday and we are leaving after the actual graduation.
