Kid bow. What is my next step?

My boys are shooting the Matthews Mini Genesis. It has a draw weight from 6-12 pounds and a draw length from 14-25". One of my boys is at the max poundage and will need to upgrade soon. I want to upgrade to something with adjustable draw lenght because he is only 7. I have been looking at the Bear Apprentace and the Diamond Razor Edge and Nuclear Ice. They all sound good, but they all have drawbacks.

The Bear Apprentace has draw length 15-27" and draw weight 20-50#.

The Diamond Razor Edge has draw length 19-29 and a draw weight 30-60#

The Diamond Nuclear Ice has draw length 14-24" and a draw weight 10-29#

The only one he should be able to step into would be the Diamond Nuclear Ice. It has an overlapping draw weight with what he is currenty using. I just hate to buy two more bows (Nuclear Ice then the Razor Edge) before he has enough poundage to hunt. But I also want to do it right.

I guess I could let him try the Bear Apprentace and Razor Edge to see if he can pull 20 or 30 pounds. They have 70 and 75% letoff so he would be holding the same weight he currently is holding.

What do you think? What othe options do you see?

I've seen the Razor Edge and I'm impressed. It's really quiet and shoots well. The package deal doesn't come with even a halfway decent sight, but if you already have one, no problem there. Also comes with a hostage rest and 2 piece quiver. Saw a kid shooting it at CCR. Definitely can't beat the range of adjustment on that thing.

Haven't seen the apprentice myself, so I have no opinion about it, but it does have the lower draw weight and as much draw length adjustability as you'll ever need.

If you can afford it, I'd get the nuclear ice then razor edge, but maybe go used on one or both to save some money. Maybe have him try to pull all 3 back and let him decide?

Not on your list but the Mission Craze is the bomb. Here are the specs:
      Specifications

This is a bow that your kiddo could literally shoot into adulthood. Bought my son one (actually he bought it himself) at 13yoa. He is drawing 52# and 23" in DL. He was 3 for 3 on does this season with it, blew straight through them.

I am going to have to look at the Mission Craze. It covers all the draw lenghts and all the poundage he will need from now until he can buy his own as an upgrade. Looking for dealers now.
