I Phone 4 Help

Im trying to update my I Phone 4 and It will not work. I have new newest version of I Tunes downloaded but I cant get the 4.3 download on the phone. Im sick of this I tunes crap Any Ideas??

does that mean you have the 4.3.3 file downloaded and you cannot get it installed? or you can't download it? what version is on the phone now?

I have the 4.1 now and trying to go to the 4.3. When I plug my phone in its just charging,I can import and export pictures but the screen to do the 4.3 download is MIA.

in itunes, click help at the top, then check for updates.....

No help in I tunes, just support button and nothing that helps.

99% of the time, your anti-virus is what is hemming you up. I had CA antivirus abd it wouldn't let me update. Uninstalled CA and it updates just fine now.

typically, it should pop up unless it has already and you denied the update...sometimes I have seen where it is almost like it checks current download usage from the servers and if it is too busy, it won't offer...I say that because sometimes on updates, during the day, it would not ask but later at night it would...

anyway, connect phone, open itunes, left click on your phone in the navigation column on the left, then in the middle section you should have two buttons, update and restore....click update

Take the iPhone 4 and throw in the trash. I hate mine. Haha. I have Berenice on the phone more with apple and people I need to talk to. Sorry I know I am helping.

I had to un-install I tunes and Re-install it to correct the problem.

And the auto correct doesn't help. I need to proof read more.
