Need Lease Contract

Any one have a solid owner/lessor contract I can use?

Leased a place paid in full and just found out (informal call for his employee) the owner is filing bankruptcy. Even a contract may not save me, but might help?

That sucks, but I'm confused. You already leased something that is now being pulled out from under you and you want a contract after the fact?

Or are you just looking for a template to use in the future? I have a blank one I can scan and send to you if that's the case.
