Coach, don't know when you took that pic, but it got worse in Lubbock around 5PM and it was plain nasty driving in from Midland this morning. Only good thing was the wind was more out of the south this morning and "pushed" me to Lubbock.

Lucky you. I was driving into the teeth of it all afternoon. Gas mileage sucked bad and the view was...........brown.

been hanging close to the house all week wih the baby and watching it blow out the back window. Glad I have been able to watch from the comfort of my recliner this week.

This was about 4. And yes i barely beat the horrible stuff home! It got real bad later in the evening. And the winds were blowing me home too!

Now the winds blowing again as i wake up! Got to sleep in this morn!

Gotta hate west texas this time of the year!

Only good thing about our crappy weather is keep the tourist traffic down! The tough folks will survive it and thin out the weak!

the wind is a killer today in the RGV...whenever it blows this hard..someone up north takes a beating with tornados it seems...hope everyone gets a break this time

Thats true, Id take a sandblasting over a tornado any day. Have been in a smaller nado as a kid and it was un fun!

We are supposed to get several inches of rain here in East TX over the next few days. I wish we could direct some of it out west for ya'll.

Has kinda calmed down here. What a relief! Still trapped in the house... maybe get out next weekend...If I can slide that past the misses.
